ABOUT ZAK SWANSON

As the Head of Operations at Sunlighten UK, I oversee the logistics, supply chain, and operations of the leading infrared sauna company in the UK. I am responsible for forecasting sales, purchasing goods, managing lead times, liaising with factories, shippers, couriers, and freight companies, invoicing customers, and reviewing and improving current procedures.I have a BA in Accounting and Business from the University of Roehampton, where I graduated with first-class honours and joined the high achievers club. I have also completed a BTEC National Diploma in Business from Kingston College. I have over five years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, working previously as a Logistics Manager at Sunlighten and a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager at Case Furniture. I have demonstrated skills in project management, strategic planning, and problem solving, and have successfully implemented new stock management systems, saved time and reduced costs, and handled complex and large-scale shipments. I am motivated by delivering high-quality products and services to our customers and enabling the growth and success of our company.
