As a Resourcer my role is to deal with the first phase of the recruitment process to identify and reach out to financial services professionals. The FIMS Consultancy offers bespoke and affordable recruitment solutions across all sectors of Financial Services to fit a wide range of budgets and the service level requirements of our clients utilising up to the minute technology, leading job boards, social media and more traditional headhunting techniques.Our solutions are tailored to our clients requirements and range from client paid advertisement to executive search and selection. We work in a consultancy based manner firstly discussing the clients requirements and budgets and endeavour to assist whenever possible.
