At Siemens and Xavo, I led Enterprise Software Engineering, IT Operations, Cloud Operations for regulated industries, delivering award-winning platforms for complex operations in Life Sciences and Healthcare.Throughout my career, I’ve advised organizations on technology strategy, digital adoption, and compliance-driven modernization. I’ve also helped emerging software companies accelerate their growth by shifting their operating model from a traditional output-focused approach to an outcome-driven mentality, emphasizing Agility and investment in DevOps/IaC. This resulted in substantial improvements in Quality (~80% less bugs), Cost (~50% reduction) and Time-to-Market (~3x faster).At BioCentri, we’re proud to support healthcare providers across North America with infrastructure that’s purpose-built for clinical reliability, security, and long-term scale.
