   I started Next Idea Tech to fix a problem too many founders face: hiring strong developers takes forever, and most remote models fall short. We solve that with vetted, high-performing LATAM engineers who integrate fast and stick around. We\'re not a dev shop. We\'re your talent acquisition partner—focused on alignment, delivery, and retention. What we do: Vet engineers for more than just code; communication, curiosity, and follow-through. Build nearshore teams across LATAM that work in U.S. time zones. Stay engaged post-hire to keep quality high and handoffs clean. Help founders scale with fewer delays and no fluff. Example Projects: Supplied a cloud program manager to lead a POS migration for a national grocery chain. Built a secure mobile app with YPrime during COVID to support remote clinical trial participation. Developed Surreal; a social platform with chat, video, and live rooms to keep people connected in isolation. We’re fully remote, with talent across LATAM and clients throughout North America. I lead our strategy, delivery, hiring, and tooling. I also build internal automations, test AI workflows, and write on LinkedIn to share what’s working in remote hiring.
