Reporting to Senior Mine Engineering SuperintendentAccountabilities :• Ensure sustainability of implementation Petrosea standard operational excellence as mining operation best practises.• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk).• Identify hazard and risk during the mining phase in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.• Develop multi capabilities & lead the Engineering team to ensure safe operation and 95% accuracy to mine plans (Hauling distance, SR & pit dump compliance).• Develop and maintain 3MRP aligned with client production targets to support the development of weekly mine plans, ensuring smooth and efficient operations on a short-term basis.• Provide design (pit, waste dump, main hauling road & etc) based on geotechnical and production parameters.• Ensure that all mining stripping face or disposal and main haul road is inside the LAQ or IPPKH area.• Balancing ore proportional stockpiling (ETO and EFO) compliance 95%• Water management compliance (95%)(Zero flooding, mine drainage compliance, mud handling achievment, pocket pond & dyke).• Contribute to the development of long term schedules for integration into short term mine plans for utilization at Petrosea’s mining operations (using PTP specified scheduling software).• Conduct evaluation and analysis of production performance data related to productivity, utilization and availability in order to ensure overburden and ore nickel achievement.• Prepare mining actual reconciliation and blok model data.• Prepare monthly mine plan compliance document to monthly Contractor Performace Review with HO & Client.• Innovation & continuous improvement; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and introduce innovative planning methodologies and tools to enhance productivity, maximize resource utilization, and reduce costs.
