As a Materials Handler, my core responsibilities include:* Material Flow & Timing: Ensuring the accurate and timely supply of raw materials and food products directly to production lines, minimizing downtime and supporting efficient manufacturing schedules.* Inventory Accuracy: Verifying incoming material deliveries against orders, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining precise inventory counts for all food products and packaging.* Quality & Safety Adherence: Strictly following food safety (HACCP, GMP) and hygiene standards in all material handling processes to maintain product integrity and safety.* Organisation & Efficiency: Maintaining a highly organised and clean work area, ensuring all materials are correctly stored and easily accessible for production demands.* Production Support: Collaborating closely with the production team to anticipate material needs, resolve immediate issues, and contribute to continuous operational flow.
