Strategic Planning – Acts as advisory for Acquisition pre-deal due diligence, as well as post-merger integrations. Provides oversight to evolve the Integration Roadmap in support of merger success and in alignment with BMO’s strategic direction. • Project Delivery – Oversees the successful conversion and Integration of core Systematic applications hosted by external vendors. Provides guidance and management of the Conversion Readiness Assessment, and develops detailed implementation plans to ensure the delivery objectives is met in alignment with the Integration Roadmap. • Data Retention and Decommissioning – Responsible for the workstream to establish Data Retention & Archiving Framework, identifying requirements for Data Archiving, and Purging, researching of Data Archiving Tools, and implementing Operational Model for Data Retention & Decommissioning. • Vendor Management – Provides supervision to the day-day activities of External Vendors resolving conflicts, ensuring that contract terms are met, and financial billings and forecasts are alignment with approved budget. Manges scope changes to the existing SOW with the vendor.
