I used to write history papers, but now I get to listen to people\'s stories firsthand. I\'m a user researcher at Loula, where I\'m working to make health insurance easier for doulas to accept and doula care more accessible through Medi-Cal. I blend startup agility with academic rigor - my research on equitable systems has taken me to MIT, Stanford, and The Martin Luther King Jr. Research Institute.
