In this position, I work as a Quality Assurance Specialist on three different projects, specifically on Global Early Warning System (GLEWS) project, focusing on the EMPRES-i+ and EMA-i+ applications. My responsibilities include:Developing and executing test plans to ensure the functionality, reliability, and stability of the applications.Collaborating with the development team to identify, analyze, and resolve defects and performance issues.Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved, and ensuring compatibility across various platforms and devices.Monitoring and evaluating the applications\' performance metrics to maintain optimal user experience and overall quality.Reviewing system requirements and specifications to guarantee adherence to industry standards and best practices.Creating, maintaining, and updating test case documentation and bug reports to facilitate efficient communication among the team members.Actively participating in project meetings and providing valuable input on application improvements, risk assessments, and release schedules.Ensuring the security and data privacy of the applications by implementing proper security measures and protocols.Staying updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and trends to ensure continuous improvement in the testing process.My role in this project is pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards of the EMPRES-i+ and EMA-i+ applications, which ultimately contribute to the effective early warning and response system for animal diseases worldwide
