To attend query calls/ Emails and do the sales & operations of corporate & individual clients for outbound & domestic tour viz FIT’s, MICE & GIT’s. Prepare the quotations, costing, making itnineraries, file handling, issue vouches, visa processing, checking airfares with the help of ticketing staff, document delivery to the clients- During outbound off season, assist the inbound tours department in day to day sales & operation work- Escort the group to international or domestic destination - Contracting & maintaining business relations with corporate and individual clients- Prepare mailers, updating contents and programs on Social media platforms- Pass vendor invoices or advance requests and arrange their pre or post payments as per their deadlines- Coordinating with accounts section in all money matters- Meet targets which are set by the management from time to time- To follow the reporting structure and submits reports
