Role: As Tender Partner in Maersk Line Tender Contract & Management team.Employment Duration: September 2017 – PresentRoles and Responsibility: Ensure timely completion and 100% quality inputs to customer tenders (Key Clients and Direct Sales clients) Manage end-to-end tender process, supporting all tender related requirements for customers spread across globe. Act as a Single point of contact for Account Owners and maintain effective communication for understanding tender details and customer requirements. Instruct subsequent teams in the tender process and assist them in filling tender file details as per customer requirements. Once completed, conduct an audit of the work done for high accuracy standards. Monitor performance of the team and proactively take necessary action to generate the desired level of responsiveness for submission of tenders and resolving queries. Maintain up-to-date overview of contractual terms for tendering clients (including rate & terms validity, rate structure, BAF type and clause details, VIP, credit terms, freetime agreement and other special terms). Record approvals where applicable.
