Partnering with client(s), strategists, experience leads, data teams and architects to frame business goals to shape product propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience. Currently Product Manager for a central E-shop for a Global distributor of Electrical Supplies. The client works in 40+ countries (number 1 in 11) and currently 30% of sales take place online.Lead on and develop a strategic product vision and strategy utilising data, such as market/user research, BI analytics and keeping the customer at the centre of everything, using design thinking tools. I own, design and lead on the Global product vision for Online Payment strategy, Promotions functionality and design and Global Checkout journey (inc.enhancements).Represent client in ideation workshops with cross-functional leaders where you identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options. The client has undertaken \"North Star\" workshops, where the objective is to innovate, looking to the future needs of specific customer segments. I represented the client in the Small, Medium installer workshops, helping ideate and groom new product ideas.Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers, to ensure alignment towards the same programme increment (PI) objectives, as well as with system architects to envision and prioritise system enablers. The client works in an \"Agile at Scale\" manner, this requires continuous communication and clear organisation and planning in each sprint to achieve goals and objectives. I work closely with the Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure there is clarity on the incremental deliveries required within a Program increment. I ensure the business needs, including timings are understood and met, where feasible. In situations where resource capacity is constrained, I work with the leadership and delivery teams to find resolution and minimise impact to program objectives.
