Manage capital delivery of infra and non-infra projects within clean water sector.· Responsible for managing in-house stakeholders, consultants and contractors to efficiently deliver high quality projects within allocated budget and time. · To ensure STW client responsibilities are discharged according to CDM regulations. · To create project plans with input from the design teams and the appointed D&B contractors.· Follow change approval process to manage scope creep and schedule changes.· Financial management of projects to ensure accurate and robust financial forecasting using SAP.· Preparation and submission of business case papers to STW governance boards for direction and approval.· Identifying risks and opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the project and implementing remedial actions. · Establishing and maintaining a rhythm of meetings to monitor progress and provide updates to PMO.· Review Health & Safety compliance of every project and ensure maintaining zero harm policy.
