Monitoring interdependencies and RAID log. • Agile / Scrum Workflow: Facilitated the adoption of Agile/Scrum ceremonies, fostering an environment that empowers the squad to independently execute and achieve their objectives. • Actively pursue continuous improvement by engaging in discussions, and documenting lessons learned. Validate alignment with business and customer requirements through retrospectives.
