Act as primary point of contact for public and developer inquiries and applications related to the land use bylaw, as well as all planning and development matters- Review, process, and circulate various development permit applications, Real Property reports, subdivisions, signage, and business applications in alignment with the Town’s Plan and Council direction- Provide planning advice to property owners and developers regarding development proposals through meetings with internal and external teams- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and reports for meetings- Interpret the land use bylaw and Town Plan principles to developers and the public.
