Conducted doctoral research on stem cell biology, neuron–glia communication, and cytokine regulation (TNF, GPCR signaling)- Extensive hands-on expertise with human iPSC culture and differentiation, organoid systems, and rodent primary neural/glial cultures- Skilled in molecular and cellular techniques including CRISPR/DREADDs, qPCR, gene cloning, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy, and flow cytometry- Published in Journal of Neuroscience (co-first author), presented at international conferences, and delivered training workshops on stem cell biology- Mentored and trained students in advanced lab techniques, project design, and data analysis- Funded through a CIHR doctoral fellowship.
