ABOUT ZAHIR PENTHRA

I am a certified salesforce developer and advanced administrator having 9 years of overall professional experience with 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development. I have worked in six salesforce projects starting with a salesforce marketing cloud automation in salesforce, though it was my first project I was successful in completing the project with in a short duration. With lots of confidence and strength gained from a very challenging campaign management implementation I took the technical support responsibility of a very complex and highly customized salesforce application named Marketing Development Tool for American Express.Salesforce project 3Neotel was my third salesforce project it was very lively project due to the dynamic nature of telecom industry, I was working on multiple change requests required in the sales order management system to incorporate new offers introduced every week.My fourth project in Salesforce was GMIS for a pharmaceutical company named AbbVie Inc. GMIS is a highly validated system in salesforce using the most advanced salesfroce development with very rich UI and process, Its a wonderful salesforce application.Salesforce project #5:In March 2016 I took up the role of Salesforce consultant in Currencies Direct, I worked independent taking ownership of a new project kickoff. This was a great exposure for me to perform an end to end consulting. This was not just coding it was more of a technical design, proposing solutions, project planning then coding, testing etc. Salesforce being one of the core systems in Worldpay taking care of sales, marketing and support requirements on a day to day basis the platform is well development and rapidly being customised. Working in Worldpay as a single salesforce developer owning the entire platform support is very crucial, interesting and at the same time very challenging. The role in itself demands multitasking, good planning and prioritisation of work.
