Develop, release and maintain Symptom Based Diagnostic & ISIP based routines· Develop and maintain module configuration applications · Liaise with Product Development (PD) and other related engineering areas to gather information, gain access to facilities/vehicles and provide sign-off of diagnostic tests.· Utilise computer application software (e.g, Odyssey, SPA, Arbotext and GradeX) to design, develop and test the diagnostic routines for implementation on the Authorised Repairer (AR) diagnostic tool EtisIDS & PTS.· Validate and sign-off (SBD/ISIP) diagnostics tests and service routines using simulation, rigs and vehicles as necessary· Publish (via Odyssey) the diagnostic routines as executables software updates on EtisIDS and PTS/FDRS· Provide timely resolution of concerns raised by the users of the diagnostic tests through ETIS feedbacks and Report A Problem systems.· Plan future content requirements for new programs.
