At Park Homes I have was brought in to consolidated the existing business, improve business processes and controls in preparation of the acquisition and integration of 15 additional care homes to the existing business.\\\\nReporting to the board of directors, I lead a team of 7 who are responsible for payroll, Sales ledger, purchase ledger as well as to produce management accounts and reporting.\\\\nThe business has grown from £9 to a £35 million business. I have been involved in all aspects of developing the finance function whilst maintaining control. All 1,200 staff were TUPE\'d to Park Homes.\\\\nI am responsible for VAT and CIS returns, setting up the onboarding of final salary pensions for the NHS, GMPF, Hartlepool, Dumfries and Galloway Pension schemes.\\\\nIn this role I have also learnt how to process end to end payroll for over 1,400 staff.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
