ABOUT ZAHIR AHMED

I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in various industries from MFCG’s, construction, professional services and manufacturing. These organisations vary in size from small to large across multiple disciplines. This has given me a broad understanding of the commercial challenges facing businesses in todays environment. I have an inquisitive nature and want to know how things work and that’s why I love to identify and solve problems. I’m pragmatic when it comes to offering and implementing solutions which means I get the job done. I am confident and methodical in my approach and I believe no problem is impossible to solve. Its just needs to be fully understood. There is nothing you can\'t teach yourself so I\'m constantly learning new skills such as end to end payroll, VBA programming, advanced excel, developing ERM & MRP systems. Some of the recent projects I\'ve worked on are: • Created advanced macros in order to create dynamic dashboard reports and create Crystal Reports to improve management information.• Developed the MRP systems for every company that I have worked with and for two of them I have successfully carried out a full MRP systems implementation.• I have considerable experience in creating and developing costing systems within companies who manufacture drinks, beauty products, prosthetics, building services and engineering. This involves creating and maintaining bills of materials. I am a very hands on person which means I get involved in all things. I enjoy leading and guiding those around me which motivates me.
