Contribute on identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings, transformation via analytical process across complex specialised healthcare services. Establish in depth analytical techniques (e.g. economics, statistics, operational research or social research) to provide timely analysis, insight and intelligence to a standard which reflects current best. Use statistical programming language such as R, SQL query language for data extractions from SQL server and undertake complex analytical and programming tasks using specialist software packages like R and produce automatic report using RMarkdown. Oversee statistical analytical techniques like descriptive and regression analysis for ongoing development of an R-based predictive tool to asses impact of proposed interventions for the earlier diagnosis of cancer. Support development of regional Power BI Dashboards and development of longitudinal records longer term. Focus automation using R, Dax, Git programming language, and find analytical solutions to problems, analysing and triangulating data in innovative ways and present findings clearly and to non-analytical/statistical professionals. Work collaboratively with other analyst using Git / GitHub tools with other department or across the health system to identify strategic healthcare priorities.
