ABOUT ZAHEKA SHARUN
I’m a psychotherapist helping young adults make sense of grief, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship chaos, to name a few, as well as the classic “I just don\'t know what to do anymore\" moments. In my therapeutic work, I strive to create a space where my clients feel heard, understood, and unburdened. When I’m not holding emotional space, I’m sipping chai like it’s a grounding tool or explaining (for the hundredth time) that therapy is not “just talking.” Whether you need therapy, a workshop (that won’t put people to sleep), or an employee training program (yes, we\'ll do one of those move-from-your-chair exercises but I\'ll try to make it worthwhile)— I’ve got you!
