Partner with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leadership on Business Resource Group (BRG) strategy and programming aligned with the broader DEI initiatives to attract and retain a best-in-class diverse workforce, enhance social equity, and promote an inclusive workplace. Achieved year-over-year business objectives to increase participation in BRGs through strategy design and execution, including communication for onboarding and newsletters and building an infrastructure to enable engagement by leveraging the intranet hub. Achieved global DEI objectives by inspiring new BRGs in Mexico and New Zealand. New Zealand has earned industry awards for the DEI innovation driven by their BRGs. Designed a comprehensive BRG policy and procedures manual, leading to the more effective creation of BRGs, clarification of expectations, reduction of redundancy, and ultimately improving the performance of BRGs resulting in reduced employee turnover. Partnered with talent acquisition to improve inclusive hiring by developing an inclusive hiring guide and training to be piloted in Fall 2023.
