My Purpose is to align individual actions with a higher purpose that can contribute to a greater good & meaningful impact to nature & society.Zahara has over 14yrs of experience in areas of ESG including strategy development, Statutory Compliance, Resource efficiency, Circular Economy/ End of Use, Life Cycle assessment, ESG transparency and disclosure (ESRS, BRSR, DJSI, Sustainalytics, MSCI, ESRS). She is a certified Professional in Climate Change & Environment Sustainability by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Certified Alliance for Water Stewardship Specialist with a Post Graduation in Environment law. She has supported large organizations with their ESG strategy development, along with Roadmap and implementation plan. This also included setting of realistic goals and targets, streamlining ESG data management, and setting up a robust ESG governance mechanism. She has also played a key role to build and strengthen internal and external communication platforms with an aim of enhancing ESG awareness amongst varied stakeholders. She has received the President\'s award for driving Environment Sustainability at Mondelez International as well as achieved External recognitions for the Company such as CII awards, Envirocare Awards, US Green Building Certification and Quality Circle Forum of India Award.
