Previously at TCS, I delivered AIOps and observability modernization across multiple UK customers (airlines, logistics, rentals), pioneering Generative AI in monitoring operations. Earlier, I played key roles in the UK Home Office’s Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) transformation, Unemployment Insurance Modernization (UIM) across US states, and several GBP 5–25M digital transformation programs in Europe.Having completed 16+ onsite assignments across the UK, US, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Singapore, and more, I understand how technology, culture, and people intersect in global programs.
