Conduct planned preventive and reactive maintenance on high-throughput bakery machinery including mixers, provers, ovens, and packaging systems- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults across motors, bearings, sensors, and control panels to ensure minimal production downtime- Utilize CMMS to log maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and track equipment performance metrics- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and regulatory standards including HACCP and safe systems of work- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)- Lead troubleshooting efforts during breakdowns, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment- Contribute to sustainability and waste-reduction goals through proactive engineering solutions and process enhancements.
