With over six years of experience as a senior user management specialist at Nelson Mullins, a leading law firm with a diverse and dynamic practice, I am a certified and skilled professional in eDiscovery and user management. I hold the eDiscovery Executive Certificate (eDEx) and the Quick Base Expert Builder certification, which enable me to manage user accounts and permissions across multiple platforms and tools, such as Encompass, EnCAP, and Relativity.In my current role, I provide excellent technical support and guidance to contractors, attorneys, and clients, ensuring the security and integrity of their data and documents. I travel to review locations to serve as a technical resource during project startups, and operate as a timekeeper in a timekeeping environment. I also use Passware Forensic Kit to help project managers decrypt Relativity documents, and have a deep understanding of how the different functions and permissions work for all platforms. I handle several project requests and user related requests at any given time, and use my attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
