Grow Brooklyn is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Central Brooklyn with a mission to grow and preserve the assets of local residents, ensuring their economic security and that of their communities.+Recruitment of around 50 seasonal paid staff and over 100 volunteers at GB\'s 11 tax sites.+Ensuring that all VITA sites have the needed staff, equipment and supplies throughout the tax season, consistent with all governmental, partner, and funder requirements +Organize and implement training procedures for volunteer and program staff +Coordination of additional services at the Tax Sites such as benefit screening, health insurance referrals and assistance in opening bank accounts +Oversight of data collection and external reporting on program performance.
