Vendor Management – Work closely work with the recruitment consulting partners to have timely/swift closures of all the open positions in the South region and assess their performance monthly. Hiring – Validate candidates’ profiles through digital interviews and process their candidature for hiring manager’s interview and release the offer to the SL candidate Compliance – Ensure 100% adherence of the process in the South region.
