o Provide technical, regulatory, and programmatic mission support to USEPA Regional UIC/SDWA programs. o Draft, review and publish federal rulemaking actions in the Federal Register and coordinate with Regional Offices to issue state primary enforced UIC/SDWA programs. o Maintain national CO2 sequestration (Class VI) standardized database, Geologic Sequestration Data Tool (GSDT), advising and facilitating actions needed by USEPA Regional staff, permittees, operators and permit applicants. o Supervise and collaborate with contracted services as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to execute mission essential duties, develop support materials, review and track deliverables in support of USEPA Regional and State-level UIC/SDWA Programs. o Engage and collaborate with associated government agencies, NGOs and industry on policies, procedures technology, and regulations to advance injection well productivity, operational safety, and lifespan of UIC projects.
