1. Senior Project Manager

   City Of Topeka Government

   Feb 2023 — Present · Topeka, KS, US

   Co-lead the ongoing 2.5-year implementation of a comprehensive, integrated $6 million ERP and community development software suite for the city- Co-led the 14-month, collaborative RFP process including proposal evaluation and contract negotiation for that software suite- Led the 8-month selection, configuration, and implementation of a content management solution which serves all of the city’s departments - Facilitated development of the city’s first holistic cybersecurity policy library, including a data classification table to serve as a throughline and guide development of the city’s first cybersecurity disaster recovery plan- Developed and implemented sophisticated Teams environments to coordinate file storage, communications, project management, and portfolio management for the city\'s IT and public relations departments - Coordinated the rapid relocation of over 100 staff across three buildings in June 2023 and June 2024 to facilitate extensive facilities renovations- Designed and implemented a first-of-its-kind professional development program which immersed 8 new city staff in the nuances of municipal government
