ABOUT ZAC SHAW

In my 20+ years in Talent Acquisition and Staffing, I\'ve been able to grow my career from an inexperienced recruiter to partnering with multiple Fortune 500 organizations as an Account Manager, and now into leadership at an amazing organization. I wear many hats in my current role at System One, but most of what I do involves building teams and developing internal processes. Since joining the System One team, I have developed countless processes and best practices, led a migration from JobDiva to Bullhorn, hired and trained numerous recruiters, and many things in between. I love data, so I try to incorporate that into everything that I do as well. If it doesn\'t fit neatly into one area, then I probably do it.I\'ve worked in Staffing and Talent Acquisition since 2005. Since then, I\'ve placed hundreds of IT, Creative, Talent Acquisition, and Management professionals as both a Recruiter and Account Manager all across the USA. Much of my experience has been supporting organizations in the Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Telecom industries, but I\'ve ventured outside of that as well. Some other highlights throughout my career include- Starting a staffing office from the ground up- Establishing operational best practices to combine four staffing organizations into one- Building and leading a centralized Recruiting Center to support high-volume VMS clients- Being tabbed as an integral member of Cohesion\'s leadership team as it pursued a sale to a larger organization, which thankfully turned out to be System One.Lastly, I grew up on a Christmas Tree Farm in Ohio and in 2020, I decided to start my own.
