About Zac McMinn

I have spent much of my life in the Funeral Industry, learning how to think quickly, react intelligently, and serve others through one of the hardest times in someone\'s life. After being in funeral homes from age 15 to age 36, I wanted to experience something new. I began a career at Directors Life Assurance learning the in\'s and out\'s of an insurance company. I began going out and acquiring new accounts, maintaining accounts, as well as recruiting sales force where I trained, equipped and managed their progress. I quickly learned I enjoyed sales and being around sales driven people. Being around and involved in this new atmosphere of sales, quickly became a new found passion. I joined Heartland Payment Systems where I got the honor and privilege to help build the Inside Sales Team for the past nearly 8 years. I was truly blessed to work around a great group of people throughout those years. Heartland gave me the opportunity & space to truly learn how to help build Insides sales from the ground up. I will always be truly grateful for all those past experiences.I now get to take all those past experiences stated above and transition those efforts into Auris. I believe whole-heartedly in value-based sales. I believe in servant leadership, personal development, and truly helping others become better versions of themselves. I strive everyday to be the best that I can be.
