I\'ve spent my career in cloud and infrastructure tech — first as an SDR and AE, now leading the teams that build pipeline.My path into leadership started at Datadog, where I managed SDRs across North America and built their first LATAM team as the only manager supporting both regions. At Lacework, I co-led the East Coast SDR org. And at CloudZero, I\'ve had the opportunity to truly build — transforming a small, mostly inbound team into a full outbound pipeline engine. I hired our first commercial SDR, helped launch a segment that didn\'t previously exist, and have been part of the team that\'s grown the company from $20M to over $40M in ARR.Having carried a bag myself early in my career, I\'ve sat in every seat my reps sit in — and they know it.What I think sets me apart is how I lead. I don\'t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching or managing by spreadsheet. I invest in understanding what drives each person — their goals, how they learn, what motivates them — and I meet them where they are. Some reps need to be challenged. Some need perspective. I can do both.I also have a strong eye for talent that others overlook. Some of my best hires didn\'t check every conventional box — non-traditional backgrounds, candidates other managers passed on.
