I am a full time student at Wake Technical Community College, studying English Education. I also work full time at Kelly Services as a Recruiting Admin. If you\'d like to know anything about me, please send me a message! A little about me: I am teaching myself several languages including Japanese, Spanish, Danish, and Italian. My long term goal is to become an English teacher to people outside of the US. Thus, I am working towards a Bachelor\'s Degree in English/Education as well as a TEFL/TESOL certification so that I may teach abroad!

   On Boarding of new hires and contractors including eRegistration, I-9, and pre-employment testing- Running and requesting of background and drug screens- Mailing WOC forms- Resolving Payroll issues and answering questions about employee payment- Processing of contract employee expense reports including approving payment for travel and work related expenses- Processing of billing issues such as hour decreases, wrong reference numbers, invoice details, etc- Managing of worker\'s compensation claims- Conducting AIM reports as needed- Confirming filled job orders- Assisting and supporting recruiters with operative tasks- Scheduling and forwarding active unemployment reports to recruiters and managers- Informing recruiting team of orders due to end- Insuring that orders that are closed or confirmed are in compliance with customer guidelines- Managing missing timesheets, educating employees on payroll issues, and resolving issues with unsubmitted, unapproved, and unpaid time- Engaging talent for various occasions (\"Welcome\" emails, birthdays, holidays, etc.)
