I have over two decades of experience in Civil Litigation. I am national counsel for an international product manufacturer and as Co-Chair of the Seattle office\'s Environmental and Toxic Tort practice group I represent corporations and executive officers in the Maritime, Aerospace, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors in toxic tort, product and premises liability, and wrongful death litigation. In addition, I pursue and defend negligence, contracts, collections, and professional liability claims in real estate, coverage, medical, and environmental matters. I have successfully tried cases before juries in state and federal courts in Washington, California, Oregon, and Louisiana. I have handled hundreds of mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences for individuals and corporate clients. I am admitted to practice in Washington, California, Louisiana, Oregon, and the District of Columbia.
