Serves as a writer and editor of two major newsletters that produce and publish 10 collective issues annually- Writes, edits and manages content and inventory of all park brochures for over 40 park areas- Staffs information tables and tents at professional events and settings- Contributes to other annual program guides, reports, public notices and informational materials- Maintains and updates park kiosks including but not limited to bulletin boards, park maps, brochures, flyers and the physical kiosks themselves- Organizes and leads activities at annual seasonal events- Conducts large mailings of park program materials to schools, community groups, municipal bodies and more- Assists in the reapplication of our nationally accredited certification from CAPRA (Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies) as a Parks and Recreation agency- Takes photos for use in newsletters, brochures, reports, guides, social media and website content.
