   As a senior operations manager, I am responsible for the human resourcing, financial management, and administration of Chemonics\' Europe and Eurasia division which holds over 20 active contracts and agreements with USAID and has over 70 full time staff members-I regularly lead or contribute to business development efforts in Europe and Eurasia for USG contract and cooperative agreement procurements in the technical areas of education, democracy and governance, and environmental and natural resource conservation. Wrote the management and personnel section of the winning Educating the Future Activity in Georgia. Led recruitment of the winning Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative 4-I regularly support project start-up and backstopping directly working with project staff to solve complex issue, address client priorities, manage project finances, and lead operational tasks-I oversee and supervise the Project Support Center to execute administrative and operational tasks that support project efficiency-Experience serving as Acting Operations Director for extended periods of time.
