Accountable for managing repairs, purchases, invoices, and receipts of all maintenance needs on the line. Kitting backlog maintenance work for utilization as fill-in work and reviewing backlog maintenance notifications in SAP. Accountable for developing and maintaining maintenance documentation, managing updating Bill of Materials for all equipment in the ERP System (SAP) Accountable for developing and updating job plans for specific repairs / pieces of equipment. Accountable for auditing and retaining shop papers and job history forms for maintenance. Accountable for communicating with Area Managers / Maintenance Manager & Director /Engineering on daily activities and work priorities. Improving Planning capability through coaching, mentoring, and process innovation. Develop standard work for critical planning functions, teams, and/or customers. Serve as Maintenance Supervisor for Unionized Workforce as directed.
