About Zackary Nagel
Our Los Angeles based team is recognized for our expertise in underwriting and structuring commercial real estate investments, negotiating complex transactions and term sheets, financial modeling, market research, and evaluating business plans through the stages of an investment cycle. We utilize an extensive network of debt, life insurance, CMBS, Fannie/Freddie, Equity, Pref and Co-GP capital relationships to achieve our client’s goals. Clients that we service include private individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. We have structured and closed on ground-up construction, bridge, and perm financing for Multifamily, Bult-to-Rent (BTR) housing, Industrial, Office, Retail, Hospitality, Self-Storage facilities, Land, RV Parks, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing facilities, and Student Housing projects. In 2022, I concluded my passionate pursuit of a B.B.A. in Finance, graduating manga cum laude from Loyola Marymount University\'s College of Business Administration. At LMU, I was an Equity Analyst for the Student Investment Fund overseeing all investment opportunities in the real estate and industrial sectors, and was amongst the first individuals to complete LMU\'s Real Estate Certificate Program. During that time, I also served as both the Vice President of the Finance Society and the Vice President of the Real Estate Society. I previously worked as a Commercial Finance / Investor Relations Intern at Wedgewood LLC, where I worked on multifamily acquisitions and refinances, as well as debt and preferred equity fund management. My strongest skills include underwriting, financial modeling, valuation, financial analysis, negotiation, communication, and leadership. I am thrilled to be applying all of my accumulated experiences, skills, and passions to a career where I am able to continuously expand my skillset and strive towards my greatest potential.
