Currently serving as a Solutions Architect with Welkin Health, a SaaS Healthcare CRM that allows businesses to connect and serve their clients, patients, and internal teams through one platform. Core responsibilities include guiding prospects and customers through the sales and implementation process, maintaining customer relationship and providing direction on how to best use the solution, working with internal product and engineering resources to communicate customer needs and develop additional functionality for the product, and drive customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Previous experience as a Senior Account Executive for Change Healthcare (formerly RelayHealth-McKesson) in the hospital revenue cycle space. Core responsibilities included meeting sales and revenue goals, client retention, and developing and managing relationships with hospital stakeholders across 8 Western States. Supported software and service solutions covering all areas of the revenue cycle, from pre-registration through remittance/payment processing. Other experience includes working as District Manager of Operations for Chamberlin Edmonds (Emdeon/Change Healthcare) in hospital Medicaid eligibility operations, overseeing 25 hospital facilities in Oregon, Washington, California, and Alaska.
