ABOUT ZACK ARNOLD
I\'m the creator of the \'Optimize Yourself\' program, podcast, and blog. By trade I’m a documentary director as well as an award-winning film & television editor (Cobra Kai, Empire, Underground, Burn Notice), and I’ve spent the last fifteen years working brutally long hours chained to a desk…in the dark. I’ve been to hell and back more times than I care to admit because of the stressful and sedentary nature of my career (creative burnout anyone?), and I know what it takes to not only survive but thrive. I help ambitious creative professionals learn how to use movement right at their workstations to ignite their energy, their focus, their creativity, and also skyrocket their productivity. I also help them eat better during the day and sleep better at night. After all, what’s the point of sacrificing yourself for the sake of your creative work if you don’t have the time and energy left over to live your life? I also recently completed my producing & directorial debut, the documentary film GO FAR: The Christopher Rush Story (http://gofarmovie.com). And when time permits, I am an adjunct professor at USC in the School of Cinematic Arts where I teach film editing.
