About Zackari Balich

Currently serve as Training Coordinator and BCBA for Port View Preparatory. My current role is to foster relationships with new staff and train them on the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Previously an Associate District Manager for ADP, specializing in Human Resources and Human Capital Management. My focus is on small businesses and helping to ensure they are adequately equipped from an HR and Compliance perspective. Previously worked as a Sales Manager for Macy\'s Inc, I began as a member of the company\'s Executive Development Program. During my first year, I have grown in my leadership capabilities and understanding of the businesses culture. Through hard work, dedication, and a lead-by-example attitude, I was ranked as the #1 Sales Manager in my store for the fiscal 2016 year. With sales totaling $3.6 million for the fiscal 2016 year, I was able to coach, inspire, and lead my team to success.I have previously spent time as an Intern to the Director of Sales and Marketing for SAVOR. Long Beach. The company operated the food and beverage side of the Long Beach Convention Center. This gave me a great amount of perspective in event planning and management.Graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a Public Relations concentration. As a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, I served as Public Relations and Special Events Chairman, while also contributing a large portion of my time to the recruitment team. My time in the fraternity gave me experience that I did not foresee. I was able to work with large teams (40+ individuals), practice interviewing, and grow more comfortable with verbal communication (speaking in front of 100+ people).I pride myself on being a hard working individual who thoroughly cares about the people I work with and for. I find great joy coming home at the end of each day knowing that my team and I succeeded, and I look forward at the chance of doing the same again the following day. I am always looking to grow, advance, and build myself into a better version of myself.
