Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:• Supporting proposal activities of diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement and collaboration with other team members.• Coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance data.• Analyzing RFP/Change Orders to determine/develop the costing requirements and goals. • Identifying potential problems (understanding impacts to other areas).• Reviewing Task Description/Basis of Estimate for compliance and adherence to the program or capture plan (CERs and engineering estimates).• Developing compliant estimates according to company and Government policies and procedures.• Populating existing models with updated information and/or creating report ready spreadsheet tables/graphs.• Supporting Customer/Government Audit on a periodic basis.(RFI’s)• Actively pursuing problem-solving opportunities and suggesting/implementing work-around solutions to improve proposal process.• Experience with Production proposals and estimating• Persistence and tenacity to meet deadlines in a challenging, multi-tasking environment• Excellent communications skills • Pursuing problem solving opportunities and suggesting/implementing work-around solutions to improve proposal process
