I’m a wildfire mitigation and community resilience leader with deep roots in public service.From founding nonprofits to coordinating countywide programs, I turn bold ideas into action.As a firefighter, former police officer, and program strategist, I lead with integrity, clarity, and service.I’m a mission-driven program leader with a unique blend of experience across wildfire mitigation, emergency response, public safety, and nonprofit development. From the frontlines as a firefighter and former police officer to leading large-scale wildfire programs for Boulder County, I bring a deep commitment to protecting communities and the places we love.Currently, I serve as the Program Coordinator for Boulder County’s Wildfire Partners Chipping Program, where I manage a significant budget, lead public outreach, and design scalable fire mitigation formats now being replicated across Colorado. This work earned a 2025 NACo Achievement Award for government innovation and collaboration.Previously, I founded a nonprofit youth cycling program in Santa Barbara that served at-risk youth through mentorship, fitness, and community. I secured funding, built nonprofit partnerships, and ran every element of the program—from curriculum to logistics to fundraising. It was honored by the City of Santa Barbara for its innovation and positive impact.Whether designing programs, growing community partnerships, or leading with integrity in the field, I believe that public service and climate resilience are built on trust, equity, and action.
