For 4 years, I worked as an accomplished individual in sales/account management. I worked closely with clients in the Austin, TX area to help with their company\'s hiring needs. I specialized in relationship management with high-level managers, directors, and VP\'s of Fortune 500 companies and worked to provide top-level support to their organizations.Now, I oversee an elite team of sales and recruiting team members and manage our Austin market to help with client delivery and leveling up my people to be their best and hit their sales and recruiting goals. I essentially act as a coach to my team! It’s where my passion lies.Outside of work, I have an amazing wife, Mandy, our daughter, Sunny, and we have a Great Dane named Frida. We love to be active and go on daily walks, travel to fun beach spots, and cook new healthy meals!
