About Zach Takahashi

How I would describe myself: Empathetic, growth focused, continuous learner, mindful conscientiousness, a desire to support the development and achievement of others and myself beyond what we may have originally thought we could do. My background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and blended industry experience has opened my eyes to the unique cultural, structural dynamics of peoples and organizations that I continue to take with me as lessons learned about myself and how I can best serve those I engage with. I am passionate in the the belief that we can shape the working experience of employees, managers and leaders to be more than just their prescribed job description and empower them in a way that is transformative and inclusive of their own passions. I find pride and joy knowing the way I serve can positively impact the employee experience that supports their ability to be empowered and fulfilled at work. What I excel in: speaking to the employee experience, instilling grace and compassion in the \"hard moments\", providing guidance and advice when enabling employees to be successful in their work experience, maintaining the trust and confidentiality of sensitive information and most importantly, expressing a willingness to be of service! A little about me: Ever since my studies of I/O Psychology, subjects of organizational culture, talent management, leadership development and HR strategy are some of my favorite reading topics and I call these my \"casual\" reads. I\'ve also developed the itch of rolling the dice in Dungeons & Dragons (PC & DM since 2015) and finding recipes to cook as a few of my favorite pastimes.
