Resulting in 25% faster contract execution turnaround time compared to business units not consulting Sourcing for contract execution-Successfully negotiated $11.3MM in total combined hard cost savings & cost avoidance across 34 key SaaS system implementations/replacement projects. Equated to roughly 17% savings off total contracted spend-Lead the contract migration process of 4 newly acquired subsidiaries over the course of 2.5 years. Resulted in $2.7MM in realized savings & elimination of 25 standalone subsidiary agreements-Developed enterprise level sourcing process documentation outlining the RFx & Contracting processes for new business unit leaders & departments. Also developed streamlined RFx evaluation template/scorecard documentation to create uniform RFx proposal scoring throughout the organization-Led the standardization of sourcing processes to transition the organization from a decentralized to a centralized procurement model, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and supplier alignment.
