Welcome! My name is Zachary Schaber and I am a Systems Engineer supporting digital transformation, model-based systems engineering, and rapid system prototyping as part of the Engineering division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Prior to my current role, I contributed as a systems engineer at L3Harris Inc. I graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in May 2022 with a Master\'s in Systems Engineering with dual concentrations in Large-Scale Cyber-Physical Systems and Space Systems. Previously, I graduated from the same university with a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering.I am a goal-oriented individual pursuing a rich career of continuous education and development as I work to do tangible good in the world through the development and application of innovative technology. I strive to bring a strong sense of leadership and responsibility to any project I am a part of, while focusing on interpersonal aspects of any dynamic. I believe in strong end-to-end communication between stakeholders and developers from project outset to delivery, as well as a strong focus on comprehension of scope and requirements to optimize development. Some of my foremost career passions involve aerospace development and integration, automation technology, model-based systems engineering, and large-scale cyber-physical systems (with a key interest in the implementation of smart city technology).
