As Director of Infrastructure and Systems at a high-performing, portfolio growth-focused, customer/employee centric financial institution with a multi-billion-dollar asset portfolio, I lead a dynamic team responsible for the design, performance, and resiliency of all core IT infrastructure systems across our enterprise footprint. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for infrastructure, server/storage architecture, data center operations, network engineering, and endpoint management. Own the lifecycle of enterprise platforms including virtualization (VMware), storage (NetApp), backup and disaster recovery systems, and cloud integration (Azure, O365, AWS). Drive modernization initiatives, including hybrid cloud adoption, zero-trust security frameworks, and automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Collaborate closely with Information Security, Development, Data Warehouse/Analytics and Business Operations to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of systems engineers, network administrators, and IT operations staff. Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.
